About
I'm Obaloluwa, a Computer Science graduate based in Lagos with a Diploma in AI Automation from Utiva. I design, build and troubleshoot business workflows with Make, n8n, APIs and AI models, and I document them so your team can run them without me.
Before asking whether a workflow works, I ask what happens when it doesn't: a malformed payload, an empty AI response, a duplicate trigger, an expired token. I build those cases in from the start rather than finding them after launch.
I've also run Acmes Media for ten years. That taught me to turn a client's vague request into a defined process, which is most of the work in automation.

What I build
AI handles the reading, sorting and drafting. Your people keep the decisions that matter, with a clear record of what the workflow did.
Classify, summarise and extract from emails, files and forms, then return clean structured JSON your other tools can use.
Capture enquiries, tag them by service or value, and route each one to the right person or follow-up sequence automatically.
Submission forms, threshold rules and approval queues, so managers decide and the workflow handles the admin.
Connect apps that don’t talk to each other through REST APIs and webhooks, with authentication and data mapping set up correctly.
An existing automation is failing, duplicating or quietly dropping data. I trace the requests, fix the mapping and add the checks it was missing.

Getting a workflow to run once is easy. My process spends most of its time on what happens when inputs are messy or an API fails.
We walk through the process as it runs today, covering inputs, decisions, owners and edge cases, before any tool is chosen.
I build the workflow in Make, n8n or Zapier, with AI steps only where they beat plain logic.
I test it with bad input, missing fields, API errors and duplicates. Each failure path gets a fallback or a human-review step.
You get written documentation of the logic, credentials, dependencies and what to do when something alerts.
